you can change that PAL settings that you have on console, if you are using the HDTV cable all you need to do is set the switch of the cable to TV, go to the laqst blade and select console settings, when your in the console settings screen select display and it will give you the PAL settings option when you select that you will be able to change the settings from PAL 60 to PAL 50 or vice versa then save the settings and change the switch again to HDTV, there are some games that can only support PAL 50 settings and some PAL 60
