Microsoft will announce a new Gears of War title during its E3 conference on Monday.

The game, currently without a title, is on the cover of next month's Game Informer.

All we have to go on so far is the image below, showing a silhouetted figure in chains.

Is Epic Games developing it internally? Or might it have farmed this one out to Bulletstorm developer People Can Fly? We've asked Epic for more information and will update if we hear back.
