Systemaktualisierung fehlgeschlagen

Als ich versucht hab die Systemaktualisierung herunterzuladen ist ein Fehler aufgetreten: 3151 - 335A - B380 - 0402 - C000 - 0001
Das schlimme ist nur das, immer wenn ich die Xbox neu starte, sie versucht die Aktualisierung erneut herunterzuladen und immer wieder tritt dann der Fehler auf. Selbst wenn ich die Internetverbindung trenne passiert wieder das Gleiche. Ich kann nicht einmal mehr den Controler mit der Xbox verbinden...
Daraufhin habe ich den Support angerufen und die meinen, dass ich irgendetwas an der Xbox verändert/manipuliert haben muss( z. B. anderes Lauwerk oder so etwas). Sie haben das Update nämlich nur gemacht, um zu gucken was auf den Markt los ist, wer alles an seiner Xbox "herumgeschraubt" hat. Aber ich hab definitv nichts an der Xbox verändert und nun ist die Xbox gesperrt. :-O Ich komm nicht einmal mehr in die Xbox Steuerung, ich kann wirklich gar nichts damit mehr anfangen. Was mich am meisten stört ist, dass sie die nicht einschicken lassen wollen. Aber dürfen sie das überhaupt einfach auf Verdacht die Xbox sperren und dann sie noch nicht mal einschicken lassen.. Ich finde das ist echt eine Sauerei, denn jetzt bin ich gezwungen mir eine neue zu kaufen. :-(( Dabei habe ich nichts gemacht, ich wollte einfach nur in Ruhe Xbox spielen ..
Kann mir irgendjemand einen Rat geben ?

Your console had a problem during the update process. Carefully follow these steps:
Remove any disc from the console.
Leave the disc tray open.
With the disc tray open, remove the power cord from the back of the console.
Plug the power cord back into the console. Do not turn the console on yet.
Gently push the disc tray about half-way back into the console.
Push the power button on the console.

Important: Do not use the controller button or the disc tray eject button to turn on the console for this step.

The update should now continue. If the above steps do not work, the console might need to be repaired. You will then have to contact your local phone support.

Ich habs versucht. Leider hat es nicht funktioniert. Trotzdem danke
