As part of the announcement of the Gears of War 3 beta dates and availability on Xbox LIVE, Epic Games also confirmed that the game will get two special editions and they've already popped up at some retailers.

The content of the Limited and Epic Editions has not been announced but pre-orders for the two have popped up at online retailers like GameStop with non-finalized boxart.
So far the only thing we know about the two is the Limited Edition will cost $79.99 while the Epic Edition will be $149.99.
Also pre-ordering the Standard, Limited or Epic Edition of Gears of War 3 guarantees access to the beta.
They are currently unavailable for pre-order.
